Bug#741211: gnome-orca: missing dependency on gsettings-desktop-schemas?

Hi,

just installing gnome-orca and trying to launch "orca" leads to:
| (process:21919): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications' is not installed

Installing gsettings-desktop-schemas seems to fix this; looks like
something that should be in Depends/Recommends?
