Bug#741425: nautilus in experimental needs updated build-deps for tracker-1.0

Hello!

Nautilus in experimental has support for building against tracker-1.0
but the package build-dependencies need to be updated to actually
do so.

If I remember correctly, there was a problem in the past with using
alternative build-dependencies on tracker so the package was not
binNMUable because the buildds didn't understand how to deal
with alternative build-dependencies properly.

Advice on how to best declare build-dependencies for packages
like nautilus which supports building against multiple tracker
API versions would be appreciated.
