Bug#741945: evince: in fullscreen, the toolbar hides the top of the side pane

To reproduce the bug, open a PDF file, show the side pane and toggle
to fullscreen. The toolbar is displayed at the top over the top of the
document and the side pane. It automatically disappears after several
seconds, but it reappears as soon as the mouse moves. In particular,
this means that the menu of the side pane is not accessible with the
mouse (one can have access to it with the keyboard, but this is a bit
tricky as a part of the information is not visible).

I think that in fullscreen, there is generally enough space to limit
the width of the toolbar to the one of the document pane, so that the
side pane could fully remain visible.
