Please upgrade alacarte to v3.11
(https://git.gnome.org/browse/alacarte/tag/?id=3.11.91) - this fixes
the appalling bug raised in #731458 (inability to add menu items to
anything but the Other menu).

I have confirmed its fixed by running it through Eclipse and testing.
