Bug#743220: gnome-backgrounds dies

I updated gnome-backgrounds today on my jessie computer and now changing
backgrounds is broken.

When I click on background from system settings, the system settings window
just goes away and no background window opens.

When I right click on the desktop and choose Change Background, a window starts
to open then goes away.
