Bug#747104: gnome-terminal: alt + t title changes ignored

Dear Maintainer,

The title change option is ignored.  Doing an Alt + t and changing the
title or doing with the mouse (Terminal -> Set Title...) brings up a box
to change it, but upon  clicking OK, the title remains unchanged.

This may be the same issue as: #746204
