Bug#747242: gnome-terminal: ctrl+pgup/ctrl+pgdn hardcoded as mapped to prev/next tab

Hello,

I am relying on ctrl+pgup and ctrl+pgdn being available for mapping in
vim, and since the last gnome-terminal upgrade to 3.12.0-2 they are
handled by gnome-terminal and used to switch tabs.

Those keybindings do not show up in the Shortcuts configuration, so
there seems to be no way to tell gnome-terminal to leave them alone.
