Sure, I did not meant to say that it was OK. I was just giving a workaround
to be able to continue working using the computer. I fully agree that using
lightdm is not a solution :)
Yes, I'm also running unstable and there was since this report two new
version of gdm3, but all fails the login.
Not sure what causes this problem at this point...
