totem-pl-parser includes a helper binary to parse video URLs for embedded media URLs.
This is used, AFAICT when a Grilo plugin returns media objects with the "external_url"
property set.
This binary is not built by the Debian package and seems to affect f.ex. the Guardian
Grilo plugin.
