Bug#748470: gnome-terminal: The Preferences windows don't have a title bar (NoTitle is Yes in fvwm)

Package: gnome-terminal
Version: 3.12.0-2
Severity: normal
The Preferences windows don't have a title bar (NoTitle is Yes in
fvwm). One consequence is that it is no longer possible to handle
the window in the usual way (by "usual", I mean as defined in the
window manager). In particular, this window can remain under other
windows.
If this is a feature for GNOME, this should be changed for non-GNOME
users if possible, or this should be made configurable. I haven't
seen any option, and there's nothing in the Help about that.
