Bug#750039: gnome-core: Drop policykit-1-gnome dependency

Hi,

gnome-shell is already providing an authentication agent, I guess that
we should drop the dependency against policykit-1-gnome then.

Note that the .desktop file has the following condition, so the
gnome-shell agent should always be used and no race condition should
happen:

AutostartCondition=GNOME3 unless-session gnome
