Bug#685436: cheese: CRITICAL **: cheese_camera_device_get_uuid: assertion `CHEESE_IS_CAMERA_DEVICE (device)' failed

Dear maintainers,

we had the same bug on our system. It turns out that adding the user to 
the group video resolves the problem.

I think cheese should not crash but report (as one of the other programs 
did) that the user has no access to the video devices found.
