Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Unable to build package from source code.  Unmet build dependency gnome-icon-
theme reported, even though gnome-icon-theme is installed.

Actions done:

sudo apt-get build-dep ekiga
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="parallel=4" apt-get -b source ekiga


Expected result:

file ekiga_4.0.1-5_amd64.deb is generated


Actual result:

sudo apt-get build-dep ekiga
apt-get source ekiga
