Summary/discussion on gnome 3.14.2 stable release updates

Hello!

I've done a fly-over and looked at the changes in the upstream
stable releases compared to what we have in Debian now and tried
to come up with some generalisations on how to describe the content.
This resulted in the list with keywords below.....
In general I think upstream has done a very good job at keeping
their stable updates small and to the point.
If you're for example interested in knowing potential future RC bugs,
grep this list for "crash". (Beware that this is ofcourse not an
exhaustive list of all fixed crashes, only the ones I spotted. See also
gedit for example, where there are many crash-fixes in the plugins.)

Any opinions on if we should try to be more proactive with pushing
things in even before we get bug reports in Debian about things?
