Bug#771563: gnome-control-center: bluetooth devices not listed

Under bluetooth in gnome-control-center I can't seem to find any devices
listed. There is no box, no buttons, basically nothing expect for "Visible as
'Foobar'" on right side of the window, and "Devices" on the left. (not to
forget the on/off switch which seems to do nothing)

This suggests that something should be there, but it dosen't seem like there
is. I have also tried making my device (a microsoft keyboard) discoverable, but
nothing shows up.
