that was apparently fixed upstream in

It's on their 3.14.1 whiteboard, but no release yet. I guess we should
cherry-pick this commit for Jessie. What do the maintainers think?
Also note that lua-lgi workaround'd this in 0.8.0-2 by creating, on
the fly, an empty config.h. Presumably this could be used for
libgobject-introspection-perl as well, but I'd rather see the root
cause fixed.
