Hello,

I'm reassigning this bug to systemd-shim as I think that it (and its
duplicate #760366) is caused by some issues in it instead of gdm3.

This might be another duplicate of #747821 and/or #756247.

I think this bug should stay RC as it's breaking the ability of the
user to login using gdm.
