nautilus and open-terminal extension

I'm not sure what might have been done in similar situations for other
packages: what is the cleanest way to deprecate a package whose
functionality is provided by another package? Whatever you recommend,
I'll work on that solution with e.g. the Nautilus packagers.

Julien has transitioned the package to me in 2011 as he was not using
Gnome/Nautilus anymore at that time already, and he has let me know that
he is very much inactive in Debian at this moment. I am thus moving him
to BCC (that way, he gets my response, but won't be on the rest of the
email chain. He could still reply to this message if he wanted to jump
in the discussion).

I have opened bug #766919 against nautilus-open-terminal to track this
discussion, and the chosen solution.
