question about clutter-gst

Hello

I'm working in a project where we're making an application using Clutter 
and we're going to use the ClutterGst for playing media. There is just 
such a problem that current release 2.0.12 uses quite a lot of Clutter 
deprecated stuff, so, maybe do you know which of the future releases of 
Ubuntu (any chance it will be 16.04 or before) will include the most 
fresh release of clutter-gst  - 2.99.4?
