Bug#760438: gnome-control-center: Manual network address is used (if it was set), even if Auto(DHCP) is selected.

Package: gnome-control-center
Version: 1:3.12.1-4+b1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
While trying to setup a router I found out that if a manual IP address is
written at network settings and if Auto(DHCP) is selected,
then the effective IP is the manual one and not the one from the DHCP server.
When Auto(DHCP) is selected, UI hides the manual entry, so it is expected to
use the automatic IP.
