Bug#758178: screen resolution reverts to minimum when not selected by KVM

Tomasz,

The output I get from: dpkg --status gnome | grep Version
is:
Version: 1:3.4+7+deb7u1

I am curious. What window manager do you use? I dislike the new
Gnome - it looks like Windows 8. Gnome Classic used to be serviceable.
I think I need to find a new window manager. I can't seem to make KDE
have multiple workspaces like Gnome classic has. And I thought fvwm
was a little too primitive - I could not find the Synaptic package manager
in it. What do you use?

Can also check your Debian package version? You can do that by running:
dpkg --status gnome | grep Version

Ok, thanks.

Ok, I understand. When you check it, please send that information too
(and cc 758178 at bugs.debian.org), thanks!

It seems to be a gnome issue, so I'll reassign your bug to gnome team -
they are much more knowledgeable in this department.

T.
