Hi,

I have prepared a patch against the latest version to resolve this bug,
see attached file.

I have re-built the package, confirmed that it solves the problem, and
also uploaded the package on mentors.debian.net so you can review it
easily: https://mentors.debian.net/package/gtk-doc
