Control: severity 699325 grave

since this bug is much more visible with gtk+ 3.13.9, making Emacs
unusable in common cases.

The main problem is that libgtk-3-0 3.13.9-2 introduces a regression
in Emacs. Users may upgrade without knowing that, and just after, it
is too late. It was a pain to downgrade and make Emacs usable again
(despite the bug is still visible from time to time).

This is not acceptable for Emacs users. Perhaps libgtk-3-0 could
break with the current Emacs version... unless Emacs gets fixed
in the next few days.
