Bug#762654: Stores window geometry in user config file

GTK modifies ~/.config/gtk-2.0/gtkfilechooser.ini to store the last
geometry of the dialog windows. The user may not want these data to
be overwritten, and programmes should not be using user config files
for this anyway.
