I confirm that on "current" (modulo libstdc++6 transition) sid,
gpg-agent plays well with pinentry-gnome3 and my OpenPGP smartcard.

But I may still have remaining hand-made configuration that tweaks
gnome-keyring to not try to be a gpg-agent itself, so I'm not sure if
this report of mine is conclusive enough to close this bug report
=> Tzafrir, perhaps you have a cleaner setup and could
try reproducing?
