Bug#796968: gvfs-bin: gvfs-open incorrectly altern uri before opening

Dear Maintainer,

trying to open a "mailto:" link from chromium lead to the situation that my
prefered mail-app (mutt) was not able to generate the correct to adress. The
problem was that "mailto:foo at bar" was altered to "mailto:///foo@bar".

Digging furter revealed that gvfs-open was the one who altered the uri.

There is an upstream bug report
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=738690) and a simple patch
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=303678) to fix this issue.

Depending on when the fixed version will part of Debian, it would be good to
pull the patch. It is simple and the problem is really annoying.
