Bug#808261: nautilus refuses to connect to owncloud remote folder (unacceptable TLS certificate)

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
The situation happens after upgrading from nautilus 3.14 to 3.18.3
In version 3.14 the ownCloud remote folder integration worked fine right after
setting my ownCloud account (self hosted server) in gnome-control-center.
Now, with version 3.18, nautilus refuses to connect pretending that the TLS
certificate is unacceptable.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I have tried to copy the certificate in /etc/ssl/certs and /usr/local/share/ca-
certificates and running update-ca-certificate without success.
I have also tried to delete and reconfigure my ownCloud account in gnome-
control-center without success.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Nothing, nautilus keeps on refusing to connect to my remote folders saying
(translation form french) :
"HTTP error : unacceptable TLS certificate"
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Nautilus 3.18 should accept connections to my ownCloud server, as it did in
version 3.14.
