Dear Maintainer,

It appears your package build-depends on libgio3.0-cil-dev even though it is
not in any way CLI-related or written in C#

Judging by configure.ac, maybe you meant libglib2.0-dev? That's the package
containing gio-2.0.pc.

This issue is blocking a transition of Mono from Unstable to Testing.
