Dear Maintainer,

Since an update of evince somewhere in the last months (in debian testing),
evince does not listen to my window manager (fluxbox) anymore.

For some reason the evince window lost its title bar. More irritatingly, I can
no longer move the window, it refuses to maximize to the full-screen (it does
change size when clicking on the maximize button, but the maximum size does not
fill the whole desktop), and sometimes it stays in front of other windows, even
if I try to bring those other windows up to front.

As far as I know, evince is the only ill-behaving program. All other programs I
use respond in the expected way to the window manager commands.
