Package: gnome-power-manager
Version: 3.14.1-1
Hi,
First let's see what would gdb say about this:
------------------------------------------------------
(gdb) r
Starting program: /usr/bin/gnome-power-statistics
[Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled]
Using host libthread_db library
"/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".
[New Thread 0x7fffee743700 (LWP 10960)]
[New Thread 0x7fffeccb9700 (LWP 10961)]
Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is
discouraged.
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007ffff664f7e9 in g_variant_unref ()
from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglib-2.0.so.0
(gdb)
-------------------------------------------------------
Replay:
1. launch the program, then see 2 sections on the left side:
"ac adapter", "laptop battery", "processor"
2. click "laptop battery"
3. click "processor"
4. click "laptop battery"
5. click "ac adapter"
Then the gnome-power-statstics will MUST crash on my laptop.
My laptop runs the current Debian jessie.
Thanks :)
