Right-click menu and Preferences dialog appers under playing video.

STR: Play some video in window mode, right-click on title-bar or
select Totem->Preferences
Observe menu or dialog aprtially hidden behind running video.

Also right-ckick on video does not produce pop-up menu, but may it it
also under video.
