Bug#791530: Confirmation: regression between jessie=stable and stretch=testing

After a little VM testing, I can confirm that this is a regression
between Jessie=stable and Stretch=testing.

[jessie-vm: bug not present]
$ dpkg -l gnome-control-center gnome-settings-daemon
[...]
ii  gnome-control- 1:3.14.2-3   amd64        utilities to configure the GNOME
ii  gnome-settings 3.14.2-3     amd64        daemon handling the GNOME session

[stretch-vm: bug present]
$ dpkg -l gnome-control-center gnome-settings-daemon
[...]
ii  gnome-control- 1:3.16.2-2+b amd64        utilities to configure the GNOME
ii  gnome-settings 3.16.2-3     amd64        daemon handling the GNOME session
