Bug#762530: no man page for evince-previewer

control: tags -1 + patch

As part of my NM process, I wrote a manpage (actually based on
evince-thumbnailer(1)) to evince-previewer.

Please consider incorporating this.


I'd be happy to improve it following whatever suggestion you can give me.
