Package: gnome-shell
Version: 3.16.3-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
after the last upgrade of debian unstable this morning, I could use my system as normal until I locked my screen.
Once locked, I cannot unlock the lock screen anymore.
The password field automatically resets about every second and complains about an "Authentication Error".
/var/log/messages is filled with the following entries, also repeating about every second:
Jul 30 10:20:17 gnome-session[2133]: (gnome-shell:3999): Gjs-WARNING **: JS ERROR: Failed to open reauthentication channel: Gio.DBusError: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: No session available

Restarting gdm or rebooting the system did not help.
As I use auto-login the lock screen immediately reappears.
I would be glad if you could have a look at this problem.
Best,
Andreas
