Dropping memphis from Debian

In my ongoing attempt to remove unused/unmaintained packages, I noticed,
that src:memphis builds a library, but has no rdeps and looks pretty
much dead upstream (last commits over 4 years ago).

Emilio, any objections if I file a RM request for src:memphis?
