Bug#788690: file-roller: Please provide a separate package for the nautilus extension

So, I checked the code, and file-roller uses
_g_settings_new_if_schema_installed() to load the nautilus gsettings
schema. So it should be able to cope with nautilus-data not being installed.

I would therefore be ok with dropping the nautilus-data dependency. But
I'm against splitting off the nautilus extension. It's a tiny lib after all.
