Bug#788884: gnome-tetravex: Game can win itself

Package: gnome-tetravex
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Twice I have started a new game and had it automatically win. Once
was under the 3x3 configuration, the other under 2x2 (which is the
easiest way to replicate it, although as the bug depends heavily on
chance it may take a while to have it happen).

In this case it very briefly flashes the game board, in which all
the tiles are still on the right side, and then declares the game
won with a time score of 0:00.

I haven't been able to figure out what causes this bug, as I've
been through the source and it looks like to win you need to have
all the tiles on the left side of the board. I even tried "winning"
by placing the tiles correctly on the right side of the board once,
but apparently if the user places them there it doesn't declare the
game won.

I'm working on finding the problem and making a patch, but since
I'm a newbie to open source and programs longer than the crummy
toy problems they give me in class, it may take me a while.
