Hi,

the ubuntulooks package has been pretty much unmaintained for 7 years.
Upstream development is dead as well.

There are no rdeps and I asked Alan Baghumian and Loic Minier, who
maintained the package in the past.
Both agreed with having the package removed from the archive.
