Bug#776960: Same in Fedora

I recently installed the latest stable Fedora on a virtual machine and the
title bar is also white. It is unlikely this is a bug, so it is probably
the intended behavior. I guess no themes have color by default anymore.
Only black and white. Please feel free to close this report.
