Bug#787105: evince: Page numbers do not show in thumbnail side-bar.

Dear Maintainer,

I opened the document
http://filestore.aqa.org.uk/subjects/AQA-MD01-QP-JUN14.PDF
and was suprised to notice that the page numbers did not appear in the
thumbnail side-bar. I did not see the bug when opening
http://www.ocr.org.uk/Images/59658-question-paper-unit-f211-01-cells-exchange-and-transport.pdf
in the same session, and this was repeatable opening and closing the
documents repeatedly. In all cases the documents were opened from
Firefox's download button.

It may be relevant that I sometimes have to scroll the thumbnail side-bar
to make the thumbnails appear; otherwise, it is blank. (Although this
isn't happenning right now.)
