Hm, looks like I had an outdated gtk-doc version installed in my build
chroot :-/ So this particular incident could be fixed by binNMUing the
amd64 build. That obviously doesn't prevent this from happening again.

I'm just not sure, if it's worth the additional effort to split the docs
into a separate package.
I also notice, that we basically have the same issue in src:systemd,
where we ship the gtk-doc also in the libudev-dev package.

An alternative could be, to not (re)build the gtk-doc documetation and
use the upstream generated one already shipped in the tarball. Then
again, I usually like to rebuild all stuff in the Debian package.
