Hi

It is the same for me on an upgrade to 1.22.2-1.

I get a black desktop background and a message about "fallback mode" for
cinnamon.

About 30 seconds later I get a pop-up box stating

"No system tray detected on this system unable to start,exiting"

Downgrading to 1.20.0-1 fixes the issue for me too.
