You filed this bug against gnome-flashback package. It is a helper application
for the Flashback session, and it has nothing to do with windows moving.

It may be an issue with Metacity (the default WM used in GNOME Flashback), but
I wanted you to test a different WM to check if the issue is specific to
Metacity. Mutter uses a similar codebase to is a good choice to test with.
