Package: gnome-terminal
Version: 3.14.1-1+deb8u1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
The latest Jessie maintenance updates introduced this new bug.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
* What was the outcome of this action?
gnome-terminal normally sets cwd to ~ (home directory). As of the last update,
this is broken, instead the last directory I was in in another tab is re-used.
Someone recommended putting `cd ~/` into `.bash_profile`, but this seems to be
ignored by gnome-terminal.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Opening a new tab or window should reset the cwd to home.
