Lucky for me my native language is Swedish (sv). Unfortunately I still
don't understand what the problem is here though....

The invariant related text is describing what invariant sections are
and how to apply them.... It, as far as I understand, does not apply
any invariant sections to the document itself. (The document also
describes how you should handle your licensing if you choose
to license your work with no-invariant-sections.)

Additionally I don't understand why 'sv' is being pointed out as
all translations (desktop-docs/*/index.docbook) seems to have the
same text about what invariant sections are.

Basically this is just a swedish translation of the GFDL license itself.

Could you please describe what the problem is that I need to fix?

All I can envision right now is that we're not supposed to even
acknowledge the mere existance of invariant sections....
Turning a blind eye to the rest of the outside world is not something
I'm personally interesting in. Even more importantly, I'm not going
to go into legal documents and edit or remove things.

PS. ttbomk this lintian error has been triggering for a long time
and is a regression in lintian itself, not because of package changes.
