Package: gnome-terminal
Version: 3.20.0-1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
I recently noticed that I had two entries in the programs menu for Gnome
Terminal. This turned out to be caused by having two differently named
.desktop files present:
• /usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Terminal.desktop
• ~/.local/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop
The second, I assume, was automatically generated, but should have been
renamed when the name of the first changed. Deleting the second file
resolved the issue for me, leaving only one menu entry.
George Bateman.
