This problem is specific to testing. It's well summed up in your
package list:

> ii  gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad        1.6.3-1+b2
> ii  gstreamer1.0-plugins-base       1.6.3-1
> ii  gstreamer1.0-plugins-good       1.6.3-1

1.6.3 plugins but

> ii  libgstreamer1.0-0               1.8.0-1

1.8.0 library

I solved the problem by upgrading the plugins to the 1.8.0 version in 
unstable...

Can we have stricter dependencies between the plugins and the library?

Also ccing the release team to see if they can speed up/force the
migration of the plugins.
