There were lot's of theming related changes (again) [1], so it's very
likely that other themes will be broken by this.
Please consider filing bug reports against those. I would keep this one
against libgtk-3-0, as we might add versioned breaks.
As for the broken window decorations, this requires mutter/gnome-shell
3.20. It will take a couple of days until everything in unstable has
been updated and rebuilt. You can pull the remaining packages from
experimental if you don't want to wait.
