Bug#822271: gnome-control-center: No touchpad section in mouse settings

Dear Maintainer,

with the transition to gnome 3.20 the possibility to enable tap-clicking,
middle button emulation, and/or any other multitouch or zone-related
behaviour of the touchpad was lost.  The gnome-control-center mouse/touchpad
properties do not show anything about it, and not even the gnome-tweak-tool
permits to enable/disable these features. I even tried to set them by hand 
using gconf-editor, but the new gnome version seems to ignore whatever I 
may set in desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad.

Of course, all of this worked perfectly with the 3.18 gnome version.
Why on earth are gnome developers taking out functionality and/or 
configurability with each new release?
