Bug#822277: gdk-pixbuf is not binNMU safe and becomes uninstallable on every package update

$ apt-cache show libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0|grep Depends
Depends: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common (= 2.34.0-1)

In this form the package cannot be binNMUed, and packages build-depending on 
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 are not buildable until all architectures are in sync again, 
delaying builds like gcc or openjdk.  Please consider relaxing this dependency 
or making the -common package Arch: any.
